At the beginning of April, I hit a deer that resulted in the total loss of my Acadia. I was referred to Manny by a coworker, and when I saw the Equinox come across the car app I was using, I called him up. I went the same evening to test drive, and then hit a snag because my loss payoff hadn’t posted yet. He took the time to get with the lenders the next morning to explain the situation. By the end of the next day, he called me with great news. He found a lender with a great interest rate and payment within the range I requested. I went the following day to sign papers, and the rest is history! My Acadia set the bar very high, but I couldn’t be more pleased with my Equinox. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly, and made me feel important. I definitely recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new or new-to-you vehicle.

I requested service for my 2012 GMC Terrain and the A/C unit was not cooling. I took the vehicle in on Wednesday and let them know that I needed it back on Friday. That should have been enough time for the oil change and diagnosis on the A/C system. I called on Friday afternoon to see if the vehicle was ready. I was informed that the service was done but the diagnosis was not done. I asked why was it not done and was told a reason I did not understand completely. I was charged $130. For the oil change and picked up my car where I noticed it had a crack in the windshield. The crack was not there when I brought the car in for service. I suppose it sat out in the heat for 3 days. It was extremely hot when I got in it. I will not be returning to your business for the A/C system or for any reason. I purchased the Vehicle from your company and have brought it for services every four months. I am very disappointed in the service provided.

We recently had our 2023 GMC Sierra serviced at Port Lavaca Chevrolet and received excellent customer service. The team spent two full days thoroughly investigating a leak in the sunroof area. While they confirmed the presence of water damage, they were unable to pinpoint the exact source and mentioned it could potentially be a design flaw. If this issue is not a design flaw, we believe GM should proactively provide dealerships with more detailed technical guidance or known repair procedures to address similar issues. This would help prevent further damage to vehicles and assist dealers in providing timely and accurate repairs. We appreciate the effort and professionalism of the Port Lavaca service team and hope GM will support them with the necessary information to resolve this matter.

I didn't have an appointment and the receptionist, Crystal was able to schedule me in that same day. I was very satisfied that I was able to pick my car up by 5 pm. She was very kind, professional and helpful. Financially I was in a bind because 2 weeks prior, my son was in a nasty car accident and was life-lighted and I was between CC, TX and Port Lavaca. i had asked if there were any coupons for free oil changes, I normally get them in the mail, but she shared with me to check the website which I had already printed out a 10% off service. I took my 2022 Chevrolet Malibu on November 20,2025 for service at Port Lavaca. It was determined that there was metal shavings in the transmission and the transmission needed to be replaced. The transmission was replaced and Erica called on December 1,2025 to inform me my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I picked up my vehicle on December 1,2025 and drove it home to Bay City TX. Apon arrival to my house, I observed that the vehicle was smoking a little bit from the front under the hood. I opened the hood and observed that the coolant reservoir was empty and the passenger side under the hood was all wet. I then got on the ground to look under the vehicle and observed that the vehicle was coated in orange coolant on the underside of motor on passenger side. I find it very frustrating and disappointing that I take my vehicle I to have a mechanical issue fixed, only to have it returned with another mechanical issue. I feel like I'm being ripped off!!!
